Arrive Chennai airport, meet and assistance on arrival and drive to Velankanni. On arrival check in at hotel. If time permits guest can visit Church complex. Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast visit Velankanni Church Complex. The Basilica of Our Lady of Good Health is located at the small town of Velankanni in the state of Tamil Nadu in southern India. The Roman Catholic Latin Rite Basilica is devoted to Our Lady of Good Health. Devotion to Our Lady of Good Health of Velankanni can be traced to the mid-16th century and is attributed to three miracles at sites around where the Basilica stands: the apparition of Mary and the Christ Child to a slumbering shepherd boy, the curing of a lame buttermilk vendor, and the rescue of Portuguesesailors from a violent sea storm.
Later drive to Chennai. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight say at hotel.
Today after breakfast visit St. Thomas Basilica Church, St. Thomas Little Mount Church and Marina Beach. Lunch at local restaurant. Rest of the time free for shopping at T Nagar shopping area. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast on time departure transfer to airport to board the flight for onward journey.
